ATM Shipping Damage
Unfortunately, from time-to-time ATMs can be damaged in shipping. We apologize in advance if you are experiencing this issue. Should you receive a damaged ATM Machine, please do not panic, we will file any necessary freight claims and replacement requests on your behalf, with the manufacturers and/or freight carriers. Contact us as soon as possible. Do not dispose of any packaging or shipping documents. Pictures are required by the freight carriers for proof of shipping damage. Please take as many pictures as possible to document damage incurred during shipping. Email these pictures, along with an explanation of damages and an Invoice number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will proceed with the damage claim. Once approved, a new replacement ATM will be shipped out to you immediately, and the damaged ATM will be picked up in a timely fashion. Please keep the original packing materials. The Damaged ATM must be placed on its original pallet to be returned.
ATM Warranty – One Year Manufacturers Parts Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all ATMs come with a one-year manufacturers parts warranty. This warranty starts the day the ATM ships, and ends exactly 365 days later. This warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty only, and is subject to that specific manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Excluded from warranty claims are electronic locks, water damage, rodent damage, acts of God, or customer or merchant abuse. If a part is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or out of warranty, you are responsible for any charges including shipping.
Return and Exchanges
If a defective item is received, you may request to return or exchange an item within 14 days of the original date of order. The returned item must be new, unused in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns and customer will also be responsible for all applicable shipping and handling charges.
Order cancellations will be accepted prior to prep and shipment of an item. There is a 15% restocking fee with returns or order cancellations. Any PayPal or credit card payments will receive a refund less any nonrefundable processing fees that Best Products may have been charged. If an item has already shipped, it will be subject to our returns and exchanges policy.
