Bob was a great salesman for our ATM and Matt was amazing at helping us set up our ATM! This was the first time I had ever even loaded an ATM, let alone hook it all up, power it up and learn to do the steps. We even had a small issue from it being jolted during transit and Matt had tons of patience for walking me through the steps to figure it out and get it repaired. Great company!  I've purchased ATM's with them and they do a great job servicing my accounts.  I recently purchased a used ATM locally, but wanted Best Products to do the servicing - no problem!  I got connected with their specialist Matt A and he was awesome!  Matt walked me through step-by-step to get my machine configured to their network and now the machine is mine, connected, and making $!  If you are a small business owner like me who owns-operates ATM machines, these are good people who are always ready to help you out when you have questions, problems, or need to know how to do something with your machine. Just installed my first ever ATM at a sports facility in New York. I bought this ATM through Best Products. Bob and Matt were AWESOME. They guided me through every step of the buying process, contracts, and banking information. I was calling them on and off for several months before getting my first location and they answered all of my questions, were easily accessible, were very knowledgeable, and very nice. Matt was on the phone with me for several hours, guiding me through every step of the installation. I recommend anyone involved in owning an ATM machine to use Best Products. I have been doing business with Best Products for nearly 30 years, so I have an infinite number of datapoints with which to make this review.  From currency processing equipment to ATMs there is no better company with which to work.  Their sales staff is informative and helpful, but where Best Products sets itself apart is on their customer support and equipment repair.
